Cancellations:
At Casa Flores Ajijic we rent our rooms by advance reservations only. When you reserve a room or rooms, we agree to turn away all other requests for the room(s) you reserved, guaranteeing to hold them for the dates you requested. We want our policy to be fair for our guests, yet prevent loss of income to our Inn by cancellations.
We cannot be responsible for travel delays, health issues, inclement weather or early departures.
Due to our limited number of rooms, cancellations affect us greatly, so when situations arise that necessitate a cancellation, we sympathize, however, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy:
Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of actual arrival or departure date. There will be no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.

This beautiful king-size suite is decorated with African artifacts and animal skins, evoking the feel of an African safari lodge.

This large king-size suite features a fireplace perfect for those (occasional!) cooler evenings. The private balcony overlooks the rooftops to the church tower and mountains.
Selva Romántica

The Gardenias Suite features a king-size bed and a charming private bathroom decorated with beautiful Mexican tile. Gardenias includes a flat-screen T.V.

Mi Cielo transports you to ancient Egypt, with Egyptian artifacts and a wonderful wall mural painted by renowned local artist Efren González.
